A Simple Raita

& 1/2 cups
(Raitas are yogurt and chopped vegetable salads that are cool counterparts
to some of the spicier Indian foods.)
Ingredients
2
& 1/2 cups yogurt
1 English cucumber, finely diced
2 hot green chile peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 teaspoon ground cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
salt to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
Method
Mix together all the ingredients. Serve chilled.
