Cranberry-Orange Relish with Walnuts

Ingredients

2 large oranges
3 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

Method

Peel and segment the oranges, and remove all seeds.

Combine all ingredients in a medium size saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Serve chilled.
