Mexican Pecan Crisps with butter pecan ice cream
Ingredients

oz. Softened butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
8 flour Tortillas - 6'
4 scoops of Butter pecan ice cream
Method
1.
Combine the sugar, pecans, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together.
2. On a non-stick baking dish, lay the tortillas out and top with the 1/4
cup sugar mixture.
3. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 10-12 minutes or until sugar is
melted.
4. Remove and quarter tortillas.
5. Place quarter tortillas into the scoops of ice cream.
