CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF

12 oz. Chipped beef
12 oz. Heavy cream

BUTTERMILK BISCUITS


2 cups flour, sifted
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
½ cup butter
½ cut buttermilk

1. Mix the dry ingredients with butter and mixuntil granular.
2. Add buttermilk and mix to a soft dough.
3. On a floured surface, knead lightly and then roll into ½” thickness and cut into biscuits.
4. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12-15 minute in a 450° oven.

1. Simmer the chipped beef in the cream until the cream reduces by 1/3.
2. Pour the mix over the buttermilk biscuits.
