SEASAME COOKIES

cup butter
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
4 eggs
5 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. Ground cloves
¼ cup of milk
½ cup sesame seeds, toasted
Method
1.
Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
2. Use three of the eggs and add to the butter mixture.
3. Sift the dry ingredients together and pour into the butter mixture. Alternating
with the milk to make a soft dough.
4. Knead for a few minutes
5. Spread sesame seeds on a flat surface.
6. Roll the dough into a log and roll onto the sesame seeds.
7. Slice into round cookies.
8. Bake on a greased cookies sheet in a preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes.
