GEORGIA PEACH COBBLER

¾ cup of all purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
2 tsp. Baking powder
pinch of salt
½ cup milk
¾ stick of butter
2 cups of sliced peaches, peeled

1. Mix 2 cups of peaches with 1 cup of sugar and set aside.
2. Combine the flour with the remaining sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Add milk and mix well to make the batter.
4. In a baking dish, melt the butter, pour in the batter and pour peaches on top. DO NOT STIR.
5. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
6. Serve with butter pecan ice cream
