HOT BANANA SHORT CAKE

cup Butter
3 Bananas, peeled and quartered, lengthwise & then in half
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
4 – 1 inch slices of pound cake
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1.
In a disposable aluminum pan, place on top of the grill and melt the butter.
2. Add bananas and heat for 1 minute.
3. Add lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon and coat bananas making sure
the sugar is melted.
4. Grill the pound cake on both sides for about a second on each side.
5. Top pound cake with the ice cream and bananas.
