CINNAMON APPLE SPICE CHEESE CAKE

6 tea bags of Cinnamon Apple Tea Bags
16 oz. Cream Cheese, softened (fat free if you like)
3 eggs
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
¼ tsp. All spice
1 – 9” graham cracker pie crust

1. Bring the water in a sauce pot over high heat to boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags and let seep for 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
2. In a blender or mixer, blend the cream cheese with the eggs, tea water, sugar, nutmeg, and all spice.
3. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350° oven until set about 40 minutes.
4. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
