MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE CHIP FROZEN DELIGHT

Ingredients
1 cup mini Marshmallows
½ cup chopped Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
¼ cup toasted Walnuts
1 – 8 oz. container Whipped Topping
½ cup Raspberry Preserves
1 prepared 8-inch Chocolate Crumb Crust

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, place raspberry preserves and ½ of the whipped topping and mix together. Add the remaining whipped topping, folding in gently (note: don’t fold too much to create streaks of raspberry in the cream).

In a separate bowl, add marshmallows, chocolate chips and walnuts. Spoon into prepared crust, keeping a small amount in reserve. Top with the raspberry cream. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Garnish with reserved chocolate chops, marshmallows and chopped nuts.

Serves 8
