KOREAN STEAK ON FIRE

Ingredients
1 ½ to 2 pounds Top Round
½ cup thinly sliced Scallions (about 5-6)
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup toasted Sesame Oil
2-3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated Ginger (about 2 inches)
2 tablespoons Canola Oil

Instructions
Slice the meat into strips approximately (but no more than) two inches long and 1/8 inch thick.

Combine the remaining ingredients except the oil and mix well. Pour over the meat, stir well to coat every pieces. Press a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the meat and marinate, refrigerated, two hours.

Heat a large pan until almost smokey. Add the oil and spread around the bottom of the pan. Add the beef by handfuls, stirring well. When the beef just barely has a little pink in the middle, remove the pan from the heat and serve immediately.
