SHELLFISH SOUP

Ingredients
½ pound Catfish
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces crushed Tomato
8 ounces prepared Tomato Sauce
12 ounces low sodium Chicken Broth or fish broth
1 cup green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
2 large Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Bay leaves
4 tablespoons Cornstarch
4 tablespoons Water

Instructions
• Sauté celery, onion, peppers and garlic until soft
• Add chicken broth, tomatoes and tomato sauce, bay leaves and water. Bring to a boil.
• Add uncooked fish and shellfish and reduce heat to a simmer.
• Cook until shellfish/fish are done, about 10 minutes
• Mix cornstarch and water together;add to soup; bring soup to a boil.
