SHRIMP, LEMON AND CARROT SOUP
Ingredients
1 liter Carrot Juice
2 Lemons, juice only
3 tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Shrimp, cooked and chopped
Instructions
To taste, mix carrot juice, lemon juice, fish sauce and garlic. Chill in
fridge until ready for use. Serve in a green bowl. Garnish with chopped
parsley and shrimp.
