BANANA RAMA

Ingredients
Phyllo Pastry
Almonds, toasted and chopped
White Sugar
Whipped Cream
Sautéed Bananas
Butterscotch Sauce (see below)

Instructions
Brush phyllo pastry with melted butter and make three layers. Cut into squares and sprinkle with sugar and almonds and bake in oven until golden brown. To serve, alternate bananas, butterscotch sauce and whipping cream with toasted pastry.


Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
2/3 cup Golden Syrup
1 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
4 teaspoons Butter
¼ teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk

Directions
In a pan, heat golden syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt. Cool, then add evaporated milk.
