SWEET DESSERT SYRUP

Ingredients
1 cup fine sugar
½ cup honey
¾ cup water
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 orange rinds
1 lemon rind

Instructions
Simmer all ingredients over medium heat until mixture has reduced to a syrup state. Let cool and strain.
