FETTUCINE
ALLA BOLOGNESE
(FETTUCINE WITH BOLOGNESE SAUCE)
Ingredients
1 pound dried fettucine
3 cups Bolognese sauce
½ cup heavy cream
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the fettucine according to the package.
Reheat the sauce over low heat, add the cream, and simmer 5 minutes.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, stirring often, until done, 2-4 minutes. Taste the pasta for doneness as soon as the water returns to a boil. Drain and dress with the sauce. Serve with a bowl of Parmesan cheese.
Makes
four to six servings.
