Chef Coleman
has become "The culinary king of all media" according to
Restaurant Hospitality Magazine.
He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and was formerly
the Executive Chef at The Great Wall Hotel in Beijing, China, Torrey
Pines in San Diego and
the five-diamond Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia.
Currently he is the Executive Chef at Coleman's Restaurant at Normandy
Farm, Blue Bell, PA.
Besides hosting Flavors of America, he is also the
host of A Chef's Table, a weekly show on National Public Radio and
the Author of A Chef's Table, a weekly Q&A in the Philadelphia
Daily News
